Tips and Tricks for Easy Styling

Tip 1
Don’t worry about using wax! For best results do not use more than a pea-sized amount. First rub the wax well between the palms of your hand before distributing it over your hair with your flat hands. Alternatively, you may work the wax into your hair from the tips of your hair upward.

Tip 2

Just in case you still always parcel out too much, you should briefly use the hair dryer to warm up the wax. Warm wax flows easier and can be measured with more accuracy and in smaller amounts.

Tip 3

A golf ball-sized amount of mousse is sufficient for one application. Work this amount of mousse through your hair close to the hair roots only. After all, this is where you want to create hair volume.

Tip 4

Apply the hair spray from at least 8 inches distance onto your hair. From this distance the hair spray is like a fine mist and will not make your hair sticky.

Tip 5

Allow ample time for hair spray to dry and do not comb it afterward. Otherwise, your hair may lose its volume.

Tip 6

Very fine hair and extra-duty hair gels do not go together. Caution, you may wind up looking spiky like a hedgehog!

Tip 7

Only if you sport a graduated haircut and in the way of an exception should you alter the styling sequence. Apply the hair spray first and then work a trace of wax into your hair. Your hair will stand up stronger after this treatment.
